Liver And Bacon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. liver, sliced
12 slices bacon
salt and pepper
1 small onion, sliced
Preparation

Wash liver and cover with boiling water.
Let stand 5 minutes. Drain.
Season with salt and pepper.
Brown bacon in hot frying pan.
Add onion; cook a few minutes and add liver.
Cook, turning frequently, for about 10 minutes or until done.
Remove browned bacon from frying pan while cooking onion and liver after turning liver once.
Add the bacon when finished cooking.
Serve onion with liver and bacon.
Serves 6.
