Uncle Carl'S Award Winning Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean ground chuck, browned and rinsed
    2 qt. Mother-in-law's home canned tomato juice
    12 oz. can tomato paste
    28 oz. can whole tomatoes with juice
    2 cans Ro-Tel diced chiles and peppers
    2 tsp. red cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Combine in large Dutch oven and simmer for 1 hour.
