Deep Dish Chocolate Pie(Club Member: Kristi Mayfield) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, separated
    3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (9-inch) pastry shell, baked
Preparation
    Mix flour, cocoa, sugar and salt; stir in egg yolks.
    Add milk. Cook in double boiler until mixture is thick.
    Remove from heat; add butter and vanilla.
    Pour into pastry shell and top with meringue.
    Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
