Quick Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen Chinese stir-fry vegetables
    1 c. water
    soy sauce to taste
    salt
    cornstarch
    1 can chow mein noodles or rice, cooked
Preparation
    Let frozen veggies thaw in pan and add 1 cup water.
    Let boil 5 minutes.
    Add soy sauce to your own taste.
    Salt to your taste. Thicken with cornstarch and serve over noodles or cooked rice.
