Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. American cheese
    1 large Philadelphia cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of white pepper
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, grated
    2 Tbsp. pimento, grated
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix together and shape as a loaf or ball.
    Roll in chopped pecans.
