Stuffed Cabbage Rolls(Eastern European) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cabbage
    hamburger
    onion
    garlic
    sauerkraut
    whole tomatoes
    1 c. rice per lb. hamburger
Preparation
    Discard outside leaves of cabbage.
    In rolling boil, put carefully separated whole leaves of cabbage in water.
    Boil a few minutes.
    Drain.
    Put aside to cool.
    Cook hamburger, onion and garlic together.
    Parboil rice to soft without cover.
    Add pepper, parsley, paprika and rosemary to hamburger.
    Stuff cabbage with this mixture.
    Fold and secure with toothpicks.
    Put in baking pan and cover with sauerkraut and whole tomatoes.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
