Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped spinach (frozen), cooked and drained
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 stick melted margarine
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    black pepper
    salt
    garlic to taste
    black olives, pepperoni, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together (chill). Shape into balls. Place Spinach Balls on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
