Rotel Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    large hen
    2 bay leaves
    8 oz. spaghetti
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. celery, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 can mushrooms, drained or 1 small carton fresh mushrooms
    1/2 can Ro-Tel
    1/2 can Campbell's tomato soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
Preparation
    Stew large fryer hen with bay leaves.
    When tender, cool and debone.
    Cook 8 ounces spaghetti.
    Saute celery, onion and garlic in margarine.
    Add mushrooms, undrained Ro-Tel, tomato soup and cream of mushroom soup.
    Grate 1/2 pound cheese; mix all together. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    This casserole freezes well.
