Coriander Rosti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. baking potatoes
    2 onions
    1 1/2 oz. butter
    1 Tbsp. coriander
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Pierce potatoes with a fork and bake at 400\u00b0
    for 40 minutes, or until softened, but not cooked through.
    Peel and finely chop onions until soft without browning (5 to 7 minutes).
    When potatoes are cool, peel and grate coarsely.
    Add cooked onions and seasonings.
    Spoon mixture into 16 rough mounds on a greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0
    for 40 minutes, or until crisp and golden.
