Cranberry-Orange Crush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. (3 c.) fresh cranberries
    1 medium orange, cut in eighths
    3/4 to 1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Add half the cranberries and half the orange pieces to food processor.
    Turn on and off rapidly, until mixture is evenly chopped.
    Transfer to a bowl.
    Repeat with remaining cranberries and orange pieces.
    Add sugar to taste.
    Makes 3 cups.
    Store in airtight container in refrigerator or freezer.
    Very good with turkey and dressing.
