Peach Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sliced peaches
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. self-rising flour
1 egg
6 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Place peaches in baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix flour, sugar and egg until lumpy.
Spread this mixture over peaches.
Pour melted butter over top of this.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 or 35 minutes.
