Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    4 slices bread, cubed
    1 lb. regular or hot sausage
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cook sausage, breaking it into bits as you cook it.
    Drain and set aside.
    Beat eggs; add milk, salt and mustard.
    Layer bread in greased 9 x 9-inch baking dish; add sausage and cheese.
    Pour egg mixture over all ingredients.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and pop in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    This is an easy and great breakfast.
