Cherry Cola Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. black cherry gelatin
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 bottles cola (regular size)
1 (1 lb.) can dark sweet cherries, pitted
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
Preparation

Drain cherries and pineapple.
Combine juices.
Bring to a boil 1/2 cup of combined juices.
Dissolve gelatin in hot juice. Add cola, allow to congeal slightly.
Add fruit and nuts.
Crumble cheese and sprinkle in bottom of salad mold.
Pour gelatin mixture into mold.
Chill.
Yield: 8 servings.
