Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. oil
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar, vanilla, oil and grated zucchini.
    Mix together. Sift together flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. Mix the zucchini mixture and flour mixture together by hand. Add chopped nuts. Grease and flour 3 large bread tins. Fill each tin 3/4 full and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Cool 15 minutes and remove bread from tins.
