Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. taco sauce
    2 to 4 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 c. coarsely broken tortilla chips
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. sliced green onions with top
    1 tomato, chopped
    1 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz.)
Preparation
    Cook and stir ground beef in 10-inch skillet until brown. Drain.
    Stir in beans, tomato sauce, taco sauce, chili powder and garlic salt.
    Heat to boiling.
