Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
3 bananas, chopped
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 small pkg. frozen coconut
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Allow cream cheese to soften.
Mix all ingredients saving the Cool Whip for last.
Pour mixture into mold, individual cupcake liners or casserole dish before freezing.
Thaw for 15 minutes before serving.
Can be made 1 week in advance.
