Barbecue Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. beef brisket
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 c. ketchup
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
Preparation
    Cut beef into chunks.
    Cook first 4 ingredients for 2 to 3 hours or until tender.
    Shred into strips.
    Add rest of ingredients and heat.
    Serve over rice or use in sandwiches/buns.
