Ingredients

7/8 c. unbleached flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nonfat milk
4 egg whites, beaten until frothy
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. corn oil margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine flour and salt.
Make well in center and stir in milk; beat in beaten egg whites then add water and 1 tablespoon melted margarine.
Beat by hand until smooth and large bubbles rise to surface.
Set aside for 1 hour.
