Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 to 8 medium potatoes, sliced thin
2 tsp. chopped onions
Preparation
-
Make white sauce with first 5 ingredients.
Put half the potatoes in greased 2-quart dish.
Cover with half the sauce and cheese; repeat layers.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Let brown.
Top with cheese.
