Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. chopped squash
    5 c. chopped onions
    4 bell peppers, chopped
    1/3 c. salt
    5 c. sugar
    3 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 small jar pimiento
Preparation
    Combine squash, onions, bell peppers and salt.
    Stir and let sit over night.
    Drain and wash.
    Add remaining ingredients to squash mixture.
    Boil 6 minutes and pour into hot jars.
