Plenty Good Polenta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1 c. polenta
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter or 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Slowly add polenta to boiling, salted water, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Cook on top of double boiler, stirring frequently, for approximately 25 minutes.
    Blend in butter or olive oil.
