Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. scalded milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. butter
    7 to 7 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine yeast and water; set aside until dissolved.
    Put shortening and butter in milk, it will melt.
    Combine ingredients. Knead; put in bowl.
    Let rise until double; shape.
    Let rise again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
