Walnut Spice Kisses(Cookie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
dash of salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 c. walnuts

Preparation

Beat egg whites with salt until stiff.
Gradually beat in sugar; mix with spices.
Fold in 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
Drop from teaspoon onto well-greased pan.
Top with 1/2 of a walnut.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
