Tomato And Garlic Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    4 to 5 cloves fresh garlic, pressed
    2 1/2 (28 oz.) cans peeled tomatoes
    1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
    pinch of sugar
    black pepper to taste
    basil and oregano to taste
    1/2 c. minced garlic
    3 cans low-salt chicken broth
    5 to 6 small red new potatoes
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar (or less)
    4 c. fresh spinach leaves, packed
Preparation
    Saute garlic in olive oil for 5 minutes on medium.
    Add chicken broth; let simmer.
