Beef Paprikash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef, cut into 1/2-inch pieces*
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1/2 garlic clove, minced
    1 to 2 Tbsp. paprika
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tomato, peeled and sliced
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    hot cooked noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat in hot oil.
    Add onions and garlic.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add paprika, green pepper, tomato and salt.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
    Add water when needed to prevent sticking.
