Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. soda
Preparation

Beat eggs in large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Add the can of pineapple and juice.
Add flour, sugar, brown sugar and soda.
Mix well by hand.
Pour and spread evenly in an ungreased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
If you like, you can add 1 cup chopped walnuts.
