Fresh Apple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. oil (canola)
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 Tbsp. baking soda
3 Tbsp. buttermilk
3 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. peeled and chopped apples
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.
Add soda, dissolved in buttermilk.
Mix well. Add flour, salt, vanilla and cinnamon.
Mix in apples.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
