Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. pork sausage
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
3 c. ketchup
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. white wine vinegar
Preparation
-
Mix together the sausage, eggs and bread crumbs.
Form into walnut-size balls and brown on all sides.
For the sauce, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce and vinegar.
Pour sauce over meatballs and simmer for 30 minutes.
