Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust (unbaked), chilled
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 oz. fresh or frozen crab, thawed
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of ground white pepper
    2 c. half and half
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Sprinkle cheeses over pie crust. Spread crabmeat and onion over cheese.
    In a measuring cup or bowl with a lip, combine eggs, flour, seasonings and half and half. Carefully pour into the pie crust.
    Bake 40 minutes or until custard has set.
    Serves 6.
