Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine
    2 c. (1/2 lb.) sliced zucchini
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. coarse bread crumbs
    3 medium tomatoes, sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. cubed eggplant
    1 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. thinly sliced onion
Preparation
    In skillet, melt butter.
    Add zucchini, green pepper and celery.
    Stir in eggplant and salt.
    Remove vegetables (leaving butter in skillet) and put into casserole dish.
    Add crumbs to butter.
    Top vegetables with tomatoes and bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
