Chicken Almondzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. instant minced onion
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 1/4 c. whole milk
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    7 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
    2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, chopped (1 qt.)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 1/4 c. sliced almonds (6 oz.)
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. pimiento, chopped (1 small jar drained)
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine mayonnaise, flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk, cooking over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Add cheese and wine slowly until melted.
    Saving 1/3 cup almonds for top, combine sauce with spaghetti, meat, broccoli, almonds, mushrooms and pimiento.
    Place in baking dish (11 x 8 x 2-inch) topped with saved almonds and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
    Serves 6.
