Hummus(Middle Eastern Dip) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can chickpeas
2 heaping Tbsp. tahini (sesame paste)
2 lemons
2 cloves garlic
fresh parsley
pita bread
Preparation

Drain and rinse chickpeas.
In a blender or food processor, combine chickpeas, juice of 1 lemon, garlic and tahini.
Blend until smooth with no lumps.
Add more lemon juice, if needed. Pour dip into bowl.
Squirt with juice of 1/2 lemon on the top and garnish with parsley.
