Grandma'S Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. oil
1/4 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
2 c. favorite fruit with juice
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except fruit.
Grease 8 x 8-inch pan. Pour in fruit and top with batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
