Appetizer Cheesecake - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. zweiback crumbs
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (15 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 clove garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 bunch fresh green onions
2 large eggs
Preparation

Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in zwieback crumbs and press mixture firmly into bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
