Butterfinger Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 egg
    1 c. quick oatmeal
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. peanut butter
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flour
    1 small pkg. chocolate chips
    1/4 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    2 to 4 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Cream sugars and butter.
    Blend in egg.
    Add next 6 ingredients and spread onto a greased (9 x 13-inch) pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    While still hot, sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
    Let melt and spread.
    Cool.
    Mix 1/4 cup peanut butter, powdered sugar and 2 to 4 tablespoons milk.
    Spread over the chocolate.
