Quick Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. jam
    confectioners sugar
    water
Preparation
    Blend Bisquick and cream cheese; add milk.
    Knead 10 times. Roll out on waxed paper in oval shape.
    Spread jam down center. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Make a glaze out of confectioners sugar and water and drizzle over the cake while warm.
    Very good and very simple.
