Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oz. oil
2 oz. soy sauce
2 c. instant rice
2 eggs, scrambled
4 scallions, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat oil in skillet; add eggs and scallions.
Stir.
Add rice, turn heat down and stir and cook until rice is heated.
Add soy sauce and salt; stir and heat for 5 minutes.
Shrimp, pork, bean sprouts, etc. can be added to rice.
