Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 to 4 lb. cut up chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. red wine dressing
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 scant Tbsp. instant dry coffee
    1/4 tsp. ginger, salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix dressing with brown sugar, coffee, ginger, salt and pepper. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
