Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 med. onion
    1/2 c. rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    10 sm. green peppers
    2 cans tomato soup, 1 can water
Preparation
    Wash peppers, cut off tops and remove seeds, scrape with a spoon.
    Chop onion fine and add to meat, washed rice, salt, pepper and egg; mix well.
    Fill green peppers 3/4 full with mixture. Place peppers in a deep pot; standing up-add tomato soup & water mixture.
    Should cover the peppers, simmer about 1 hour till rice and meat are cooked.
