Sweet Potato Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sweet potatoes
    water
    2 1/2 to 3 c. sugar
    dough strips
    1 stick margarine
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Slice potatoes (not too thin) and cover with water.
    Boil just until tender.
    Use 2 1/2 to 3 cups sugar and layer with potatoes and dough strips.
    Before you put on last layer of dough, melt 1 stick margarine with vanilla and pour over last crust.
    Dab with margarine and sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until done.
