Quick Macaroni Saute(6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 minced cloves garlic
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 to 3 drops hot sauce
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    2 c. tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked macaroni
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in oil until yellow.
    Add beef and cook until brown and pour off fat.
    Add the rest of ingredients except for macaroni and cook on low heat for 15 minutes, partially covered.
    Add macaroni and heat.
    Serve with grated Cheddar or Parmesan cheese and crusty bread (Wegmans French).
