Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerated pizza dough
1 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
4 oz. fully cooked turkey sausage, thinly sliced and cut in half
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 1 c.)
2 tsp. dried Italian seasonings
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Use an even mixture of Feta cheese, Monterey Jack cheese and Cheddar cheese. Stuff peppers.
Grill until cheese melts.
