My Aunt Louise'S Cream Cheese Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks 60/40 butter/margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    2 tsp. vanilla *
    3 c. flour
    6 large eggs
Preparation
    *For lemon flavor, substitute 1 teaspoon of lemon extract plus 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
