Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cut up chicken
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 (16 oz.) carton plain nonfat yogurt
    2 c. instant mashed potato buds
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
    nonstick cooking spray
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Remove skin from chicken parts.
    In a bowl, combine flour and paprika.
    Drain liquid from yogurt.
    Place in another bowl. Combine mashed potato buds, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper in a third bowl.
    First, dredge the skinned chicken parts in flour mixture.
    Then dip the chicken into the yogurt.
    Finally roll the chicken into the potato bud mixture. Place on a nonstick pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Lightly drizzle the olive oil over the chicken. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 60 minutes or until golden brown.
