Peach Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. crushed ripe peaches
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 pint cream
    1 pint half & half
    1 quart milk
Preparation
    Combine crushed peaches, lemon juice, sugar and almond. Cover and let stand 1 hour.
    Pour mixture into a gallon ice cream freezer.
    Add remaining ingredients in order listed.
    Stir thoroughly.
    Freeze according to manufacturers instructions.
