Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash brown potatoes
1/4 c. onion
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. corn flakes, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Place potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix onions, sour cream, soup and cheese and pour over potatoes.
Brown corn flakes in melted butter and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
