Shrimp Margarett - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. oleo
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 lb. shrimp
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion tops
    4 slices bread, soak and squeeze out half of the water
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in oleo.
    Add shrimp and tomatoes.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add soup, bread, rice, parsley and onion tops.
    Pour into large, well-greased baking dish.
    Top with dry bread crumbs and dot with oleo.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
