Broccoli And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 c. American cheese
    2 c. chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
Preparation
    In a large pan, cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until well blended.
    Add milk.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add cheese and stir until melted. Remove from heat.
    In a separate pan, dissolve bouillon in water. Bring to a boil.
    Add broccoli and cook until done.
    Do not drain. Add broccoli to mixture.
