Low Calorie Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/3 c. uncooked rice (not Minute rice)
    1 can tomato soup with 1 can water
Preparation
    Chop cabbage and place in casserole.
    Brown meat and onion. Stir in rice.
    Put on top of cabbage.
    Salt to own taste.
    Mix soup and water.
    Pour over entire casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cover for first half hour and uncover for the last half hour.
    Top with grated cheese the last 10 minutes, just enough to melt cheese.
