Chocolate Fudge Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. milk (room temperature)
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Cream together the sugar and butter.
    Sift together several times the flour, salt, baking powder and 1 1/2 tablespoons of cocoa.
    Add to creamed sugar and butter mixture alternately with the milk.
    Pour into a greased cake pan.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
    Mix together brown sugar, white sugar and 4 tablespoons of cocoa. Spread over top of cake mixture.
    Pour the 1 1/2 cups boiling water over all.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Cool slightly.
    Turn upside down.
    Serves 9.
